All the news pictures you will find in this puzzle are taken from the New Straits Times. Test your powers of observation and intuition by completing the puzzles you select. Here's how you play. SELECT the number of pieces you would like your puzzle in. Then, CHOOSE your image from those given. Next, PIECE the picture together by clicking and dragging to position each piece within the frame. If you are unsure which piece goes with which, CLICK on one and go to HINT. The piece closest to the one you have placed will stand out. Once the puzzle is done, the picture's caption will appear to place it in context. It's a great way to unwind, so give it a go

Note to Teachers:
Once students have completed the puzzle, use the picture as a stimulus for the descriptive writing for weaker classes, first elicit words that describe objects, people and actions before getting students to work on writing.
